Today started off with a beautiful collection by Micheal Kors. The line showcased ready-to-wear, Spring pieces with a mix of uptown chic pastel green and lilac dresses, along with trenchcoats and the occasional edgier black dress. The dresses almost seemed like free floating pieces with strips of see-through material exposing a sliver of midriff.

Sultry. Modern. Edgy. Lipstick red. That pretty much sums up Phillip Lim’s Fall 2009 line at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. It's about the texture, the splash of red and black for grown-up girls that don't forget to have fun.

Alexandre Herchovich, brought a clever, whimsy to the collection. Basing his line off of football, yes the sport, with sporty pants, rubber tanks in bright colors, barrel skirts and puffy satin dresses!
