Hello, Stylistas!
Today, the tents were packed with celebrities! Mariska Hargitay, Jennifer Espositon and Barbara Bush (no signs of her twin Jenna) all started their days with Lela Rose, whose collection had so much bold color.
Then, onto Herve Leger - a staple on nearly every red carpet, so it’s no surprise that his front row included Hillary Duff, Misha Barton, Amanda Bynes and supermodel Marisa Miller. The collection was full of the line’s signature bandage-style dresses…SO red carpet worthy.
Diane Von Furstenberg showed this afternoon with several famous faces sitting front row. Mariska Hargitay, Blake Lively, Michelle Trachtenberg, Candice Bergen, Patricia Field (stylist for SATC!) Shenae Grimes, Rachel Zoe (whom I’m secretly obsessed with!) all checked out DVF’s latest looks. The hair for the collection was fantastic – it was a modern take on beachy hair…looked more like undone braids than curls or waves.
Super-excited for tomorrow’s Tracy Reese show! The TRESemmé stylist team is doing the hair, and it’s going to be amazing! Today was packed finalizing last minute stylists and making sure everyone knows what to bring (flat irons, curling two different sized curling irons, hair pins, bobby pins, elastics, flat brushes, round brushes, teasing brush and LOTS of TRESemmé!)...and that’s just for the hair! So much goes into putting a show on and each show is only about 20 minutes! More on Tracy Reese’s show tomorrow…
Until tomorrow…
