Happy Thursday!

A packed day of shows today, including Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Anna Sui and Doo.Ri (in her Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week debut!).

Tory Burch kicked off the day, but she didn’t do an actual runway show. She did what’s called a presentation, which is a lot more casual and less structured than a traditional runway show. The hair was a super-cute ponytail, which we’re seeing a lot of this season. Add a few simple touches like curling the pony or adding volume to the crown, and it totally makes it office and night-out ready. Another thing I loved with this line was the purses! Fab colors and lots of bling...must haves!

Speaking of must haves…Nanette Lepore showed some beautiful layered dresses with lots of color – looked effortlessly chic. There was a bright one shoulder striped number that must be in my closet. She also rocked awesome shoes that you couldn’t help noticing. Sitting front row at Nanette Lepore included actress Lili Taylor and Lauren Conrad (in an über-cute green dress).

One show I can’t wait for tonight is Anna Sui. She’s the latest designer to have a line at Target, and already practically everything is sold out on Target.com (no joke, I just tried picking up some of her new dresses). It just hit stores last week, and the line is inspired by Gossip Girl (of which I’m a super fan!). Wonder if we’ll be spotting any of the GG cast sitting front row…

SPOTTED: Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week regular Olivia Palermo was apparently fighting with her producers outside of the Anna Sui show.

Other celeb spottings today: Michael Douglas at Michael Kors and Leighton Meester at 3.1 Phillip Lim.
